Xiandun Birdnest Enterprise guarantees authentic, high-quality bird’s nest products with strict food safety standards. To ensure customer satisfaction, we apply the following warranty policy:

1. Warranty Scope
Applies to bird’s nest or ready-to-eat nest products produced and distributed by our company, when:
• The product is defective, discolored, or has unusual smell/taste within its shelf life
• Packaging is intact and unopened
• Valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase is provided

2. Warranty Duration
Applicable nationwide if the following conditions are met:
• Warranty period: 7 days from purchase date
• Valid purchase invoice
• Ready-to-eat nests follow the printed expiry date
• Notification must be made within 24–48 hours of detecting an issue, with photos/videos as proof

3. Eligible Warranty Cases
• Moldy, damaged products due to production errors, or unusual color (not natural ivory white)
• Incorrect product model, quantity, or type compared to order
• Product within expiry, unopened, and not improperly stored by the customer
• Manufacturing defects
• Compensation of 10x product value if counterfeit is detected

4. Non-Warranty Cases
• Expired, opened, or partially used products
• Damage from improper storage (humidity, heat, pests, etc.)
• No invoice or proof of purchase from our company
• Free or trial products (clearly marked as non-warranted)

5. Warranty Methods
Depending on the issue, we will:
• Exchange for the same or equivalent product
• Refund 100% of the defective product value
• Processing time: 1–3 business days after verification

6. How to Request Warranty
Customers should provide the following via Zalo, email, or hotline:
• Full name, phone number, delivery date
• Clear images/video of defective product
• Order code or invoice image
• Description of product issue
