1. Returns/exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Product is technically defective, damaged, moldy, or harmed during shipping
• Product does not match the order (wrong type, quantity, or model)
• Product is unused, sealed, and within expiry date
• Valid invoice, receipt, or order code is provided
• Request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item

2. Non-Acceptable Cases
• Opened, used, or unsealed products
• Damage from improper customer storage (humidity, mold, pests, wrong temperature)
• Product expired at the time of return request
• Change of mind, dislike of taste/smell, or mistaken order without product defect

3. Return Process
Customers must submit a request via hotline/WhatsApp/email within the allowed period, including:
• Full name, phone number, order code
• Clear images of the defective product
• Description of the issue
• Date of receipt
Response within 24 hours with return instructions.

4. Return Methods Depending on the case, we will:
• Replace with a new identical product
• Send a different product of equal value (if original is out of stock)
• Refund 100% of defective product value via bank transfer
• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable (except in company’s fault)

5. Return Costs
• If due to company fault (wrong item, defect): all costs are covered by us
• If due to customer’s mistake (wrong address/info, refusal to receive): customer bears 2-way shipping fees
